Once you reach out to our team for an aeration or overseeding service, we will reach out to you to provide a fully virtual estimate. This includes pulling up your property on Google Earth to measure the size of your lawn, and then giving you a price instantly! However, if we are unable to see certain parts of your lawn from the satellite view, we may need you to submit photos!
CORE AERATION
At the core of our aeration and overseeding service is our double core aeration process. This includes two passes of your yard using our commercial-grade aeration machine to effectively reduce compaction, prevent missed spots, and achieve the best possible results for your lawn!
OVERSEEDING
Once we have finished aerating your yard, we will begin spreading commercial-grade tall fescue seed across your lawn. When combined with aeration, seed is able to easily penetrate the soil and mix with water, nutrients, and sunlight to provide lush, green growth next Spring!
DETHATCHING
For particularly damaged lawns, our professional dethatching service helps to revive the health of your lawn. This works by removing dead blades, sticks, and other debris from your grass, known as thatch. While this can be costly, it is one of the best methods for reviving the appearance of your lawn!

When is the best time for an aeration service?
While you can have aeration done in both the fall and spring, by far the best time is in the early Fall. Particularly, around mid-September our schedule begins to get very busy! To ensure you get onto our schedule this aeration season, we recommend booking your appointment as early as late August to secure your spot!
Will aeration damage my sprinklers?
Absolutely not! Before our aeration service, we will ask you to flag the sprinklers in your yard to assist our crew in avoiding sprinklers. Typically, core aeration machines penetrate between 2-4 inches into the soil, which is more shallow than most ground lines. However, there is always the risk that we pierce a sprinkler!
How long until I see results from my aeration service?
Most of our clients will see results within 2-4 weeks of their aeration service. However, this requires daily watering directly after our service, which helps to effectively moisturize your soil after we apply new seed!
Do I need to prepare prior to my aeration service?
Yes, before we arrive for your aeration service you will need to have all of your sprinklers flagged. This ensures that we do not damage your sprinkler system using our commercial-grade aeration machine. Further, we ask that you are home during your service and remove any debris, toys, or furniture that may obstruct our crew!
How much does lawn aeration & overseeding cost?
The cost of your aeration and overseeding service will depend on the size of your property, selected services, and more. Typically, lawn aeration can cost anywhere from $150-$500+ depending on the size of your lawn, with overseeding as an optional add-on which is often cheaper. However, we will provide you with a price for both services when you reach out for a service!
